Recruitment Manager - Executive Marketing Services

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position, and conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop and implement the product and marketing strategy.
Efficiently plan and execute the sales and customer service operations.
Responsible for leading & managing the sales team & delivery of revenue
Prospect, qualify and close new customer business sales while growing existing customer business, to meet sales targets

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher with professional working experience of Human Resource Management with International Organization.
Good command of English spoken and written.
Good interpersonal skill, proactive, and self-motivated.
