Customer Services Specialist - PRTR

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Analysing, diagnosing and correcting problems reported by customers

Coordinating service recovery efforts, promoting self-service, and increasing efficiency within the Global Customer Services Department

Providing coaching to enhance internal skill sets

Qualifications

Male or female

Bachelor's Degree in any related field

Minimum of 2 years experience in the Airline Industry, or a minimum of 5 years experience in a travel agency

Strong knowledge of travel industry fares and/or ticketing

Customer service mind with previous customer relations experience

Possess good telephone service skills

Must have knowledge of Amadeus host functionality

Ability to handle customers of various nationalities under sometimes stressful situations

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Able to work in shifts outside of core business hours and also provide on site support depending on the business needs

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Very good command of English
