Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Our client is a global producer of natural and polymer products, with a diverse product range including; specialty industrial adhesives, natural & synthetic polymers and a wide range of specialty starches.

CONTROL ENGINEER - CHEMICAL

RAYONG - KLAENG

Salary: B/.50,000 - 70,000/monthly

Requirements:

· Maintain and follow up for all control system; DCS, Delta-V, PLC for smooth and safe operations

· Improve reliability of the machine, control maintenance cost and maintain performance targets.

· To support all activities of the plant such as SSHE, Improvement plant, 5S and all ISO standards.

· Create function and control modules on Delta-V and modify program on PLC (AB) as per the production and/or engineering requirements.

· Regulatory maintain and back-up Database of Delta-V and PLC.

· Improvement Delta-V and other control system to be zero breakdowns.

· Finding problem and analyze root cause in control system.

· Provide training of the control systems to electricians and production operators.

· Maintenance on field instrument (Flow, Pressure, Level) and DCS to meet KPI Maintenance Targets.

· Preparing Loop Drawing and Operation Instruction for Production and Maintenance.

· To review documentation for ISO9000, 14000, GMP and HCCAP

· To ensure and control all technicians and contractors to do the job by NSC safety regulation such as approve all concern Work Permit.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in chemical or food industry
Good skill for DCS, PLC, Delta-V and instrument such as mass flow, and weighting machine
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
Possess strong leadership and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal skills whilst being team-oriented and self-motivated
Computer-literate with a good command of spoken and written English.
