Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Analyzes and develop Operations Division financial report in according to company financial and accounting manual and schedule.
Advises all concerned in the operations function to effectively utilize the data and report in order to make a proper decision.
Arranges a customized financial report, covering cost variance analysis, control budget, etc. together with the explanation on ex. the deviation, issue, and also recommendation.
Monitor and measure the performance of each business unit within the operations function toward the annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report to all.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in Finance and/ or Accounting field
Minimum 5 years experience in financial management, with the background in manufacturing/ operations transaction will be advantage.
Fluent in English communication (minimum 750 TOEIC scores)
Strong leadership skills; achievement orientation, self driven, interpersonal, etc.
