Mechanical Supervisor - General Electric International Operations - Ratchaburi

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Service Manager in all maintenance functions by coordinating the day to day mechanical maintenance activities.
Develops initial maintenance plans and schedules on all mechanical equipment. Coordinates repairs and overhauls of the gas turbines, steam turbines and balance of plant equipment.
Ensures that all maintenance activities are accomplished in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Manages the Computerized Maintenance Management System and other maintenance records and reports.
Develops implements and maintains maintenance procedures. Provides first line supervision of a skilled hourly maintenance workforce.
Supervises the Spare Parts inventory. Suggests/initiates plant modifications and retrofits and if assigned, oversees and coordinates all plant modifications and retrofit projects.
Be available as necessary and on 24 hours per day call out basis in conjunction with other facility management staff.
Preparing the annual budget for balance of plant parts and service per schedule to submit owner for approval in 4th quarter.
Be familiar with, and adhere to, all site EHS regulation.
Reports to Maintenance Service Manager.

Qualifications
Fluency Communication in English with read, write and conversation
Demonstrated supervisory and organizational skills
Knowledge of power plant technologies
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power point and other require for reporting
