Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

RAYONG - AMATA CITY

Salary: B/. 70,000 - 80,000/monthly

Job Objective:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the Asia Pacific area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and distributor partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the Asia Pacific area that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the performance and development of the business and distributors.
Conducts regular coaching and counseling with distributor partnership to support product knowledge and selling skills.
Maintains contact with all clients in the Asia Pacific area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted to Expatriate Marketing Manager.
Assists Expatriate Marketing Manager in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years working experience in sales management. Good selling, listening and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and develop new accounts or markets, experience in working with distributors as well as managing direct accounts a plus.
Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Good interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
High degree of integrity and business ethics.
Cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to travel extensively.
A team player who works well with colleagues and business partners.
