Assistant Manager - Pacific 2000 Recruitment - Bangkok

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Responsible for the entire accounts receivables duties, credit control and collection.
Ensure Key Performance Indicator of account receivable is achievable i.e. day of sales outstanding and ageing portfolio.
Establish and continuously review credit control strategies by providing timely and accurate information for proactive decision making.
Ensure that company's policy and regulation concerning to receipt are processed according to company standards. Ensure that all cash and cheques received from customers are effectively managed and kept in a safe place. And all transactions must be properly and accurately recorded.
Perform Account Receivable month end close procedures in the tight deadlines.
Perform a tracking of all credit payment history and analyze customers' performance to change in credit term or credit size.
Prepare all necessary reports accurately and on-time

Qualifications

At least Bachelor's degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of work experience in related function
Responsible and mature, result & detail-oriented, and be able to work under limited time frame
Able to communicate well in Thai, with understanding of English
Computer literate
