Head of Sales for Website Service - TopSpace - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

- Accountable for the Sales and Profit Targets of our website service

- Responsible for leading and managing the sales team in customer acquisition process, covering both Corporate and SMI (small medium industries) accounts

- Provide excellent Customer Service to existing customers

- Develop new products or businesses for the group

- Monitor competitor's actions and devise strategies to overcome competitor in the marketplace

- Conduct sales presentations, account reviews and provide consultancy service to clients on our online products and service offerings

- Develop proper sales reporting

- Responsible for accounts receivable


Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in related field.

- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-transaction environment

- Understand selling via the internet

- Able to manage, mentor and motivate sales teams

- Good communication and people management skills

- Candidate must be a smart, net-savvy, entrepreneurial, result-driven individual

- Good command of both spoken and written English is a must
