Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Contribute in the development of short and long terms company business plan by proposing marketing initiatives and develop effective category strategies to strengthen position of responsible products.
Work and align with concerned parties regarding to the innovation roadmap which in line to the regional and country strategy, including execution on innovation and new product development strategies for own market.
Lead a team on an annual marketing activities plan to assure a clear direction on strategy, tactics, budget and action plan of; branding, advertising, promotion, pricing, product development, market research, and public relation.
Evaluate the market trends and other relevant factors for business opportunities identification in relation to new product development and/ or improvement.
Manage and control the marketing expenditure budget to ensure annual sales and financial target - net marketing contribution - are met.
Set objectives and framework as well as supervise, evaluate the working process of advertising agency, media agency and PR agency to ensure optimum result.
Ensure an effective organization structure of the team by lead, motivate, train and supervise
Maintain liaison with sales and trade marketing to ensure the effectiveness of the activities implementation in according to plan and target.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields, preferably with major in marketing
Minimum 10 years experience in Marketing of consumer business, with a background from Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) will be advantage.
Fluent in English communication (minimum 800 TOEIC Scores)
Strong leadership skills; analytical, coaching, business presentation, interpersonal etc.
