Office Administrator - SCSI Co

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Responsible to support all administrative works in office.
Ensure to get along with working plan and finish assigned tasks within time line.
Execute document and doing coordinate work by using Microsoft Office tools including Words, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Use and manage office equipment including printer, fax, and scanner.
Coordinate with internal department to support in administrative function.
Coordinate with external department to acquire necessary information.
Good at summarizing in-hand information to propose to supervisor.
Report to Human Resources and Administrative Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor in Business Administration in any major. (Preferable in Accounting)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability in English language is an advantage.
Able to handle multitask and prioritize workloads as required.
Service Mind, Self-motivate, Self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills.
Experiences: at least 1 year (No experience candidate should show ability in fast-learning.)
Type: Permanent (3 months probation)
Salary: Depends on skill
