Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximizing sales and increase hotel's revenue and occupancy
- Identify and qualify prospects to develop new business and ensure set sales targets are achieved.
- Drafts sales proposals and manage customers' accounts in day-to-day activities
- Keep update of market situation
- Plan and schedule ongoing sales calls and sales activities
- Monitor activity score boards in order to achieve set sales targets
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Qualifications
- Sales Leisure experience at hotel with Leisure Market or travel agency
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Good computer skills (MS office)
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Self-motivated
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, presentation & organization skills. Enthusiastic, dependable, positive team player
- Must have a proven successful track record of increased profitability in previous experience
