Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

The job holder will report directly to Marketing director
As Trade Marketing Manager for the non food products, your responsibility is as follows:

Annual marketing plan to promote the growth and development, implementation and evaluation of the strategic plans, which are aligned to the divisional and corporate strategies
To develop annual category channel plan
To manage Trade Marketing budget
Intercommunicates with Marketing and Sales in matters of brand strategies; customer marketing/ channel strategies and specific account planning
Effectively manages budgeting by doing analyzes cost and profit of doing business by channel and account and recommend change to business strategy and tactics where necessary.
Monitors all majors competitive activities
Participates in planning activities involving forecasting, new product development, pricing, distribution and promotion.
To effectively communicate all category activities to the sales department
To acquire shopper insight via field visit, shopper research occasionally
To keep other relevant functions updated in the latest market situation i.e. market share, key account share, competitive activities


Qualifications

Thai Nationality aged 26-35 years old.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
At least 3 years in sales management, marketing management and Trade Marketing in FMCG, category management preferably in non- food goods with proven credibility
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Computer Literacy
Creative, Strategic Thinker, Good Team Player with strong negotiation and analytical skills
Able to travel upcountry when required
