Our Client specializes in the design, assembly, sales and maintenance of air handling units all over the world.
Assembly units for the company are based in Germany and Thailand.
They are now looking for a
Product and Service Manager
Role:
Provide technical pre- and after sales service support to sales organization and customers:
· Develop and establish service as a profitable business
· Management of a group of service engineer(s) as well as spare parts warehouse
· Investigate requirements for product deviations from clients
Reporting directly to the foreign MD
Qualifications
· Strong technical (electrical or mechanical) skills with hands-on attitude
· Experience from HVAC or refrigeration field - by preference in a service division
· Good people management skills in a multicultural environment
· Good communication skills in English
· Has a driving license (and car)
Willing to travel up country and overseas - able to work in Pluakdaeng
