Process Engineer – Production - Capsugel - Ayutthaya

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
The position will report to Production Manager. Major works are under responsibility are

* Broad Function & Principal Responsibility :-
* Ensure on Hard Capsules Machinery productivity and quality at least equal to foreseen goals
* Develop and set new equipment or improve the exiting machines/process
* Study and find solutions to resolve production problem or recommended by Capsugel
* Adapt project development in other plant of Capsugel
* Suggest changes which could improve production Yield
* Take part to raw material management and purchase
* Standardize HCM as much as possible
* Train the production staff
* Ensure all measures done are under control (SPC), good decisions made in case of deviation.
* Check procedures of quality, productivity and bacteriological standards are well applied in production.
* Test prototypes and publish test report
* Ensure SOP of process control are respected
* Good communicate among Production and M&E staff
* Understand standards and company system about GPM, Health, Safety & Environmental

Qualifications
* Thai nation Female/Male age between 27- 35 years
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial and or Chemical
* At least 4 years of experience in the position prefer in the manufacturing
* Good command of written, speaking and reading English
* Computer literacy in MS office program, power point and Microsoft project
* Having presentation skill, knowledge of SPC and Six Sigma
