REPORTING TO Finance Manager
Our client is the Asia/Pacific region's leading end-to-end payment services enabler that deploys world-class payment infrastructure, services and technology
THE PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Prepare PO/PR document
Coordinate and deal with suppliers
Responsible for office administration and management
Oversee common area, office supply, equipment purchase and other activities that are related to the building and offices issues
Ensure smooth day to day operation of office
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Thai national with education from University
At least 2 years experience in administrative function
Be able to prioritize works with multi-tasking skill
Active team player with good interpersonal skill
Positive attitude and service minded
Strong communication skill
Extrovert with outstanding social competence - loving to meet people
Good command of English and computer literate
