Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Our client is a world leader in the supply of construction materials and a major supplier of ceiling tiles and related products for internal lining, serving growing global markets for building systems. Because of a recent expansion in their manufacturing operations and into overseas markets our client is now seeking a talent to join their expanding organization.

- Closing inventory month end and all GL account if it's concerning with costing and inventory reclassify variance cost of finished goods to job by job.

- Prepare report about cost performance, inventory usage, output, analysis and compare cost between actual cost and plan cost

- Prepare report as revenue department's requirement such as cost comparison etc.

- Manage annual physical count inventory and fixed asset, and variance analysis
- Coordinating with Warehouse management in controlling stock of all raw materials and finished goods,

- Verifying accounting code and cost center in purchase order

- Updating and verifying standard cost by checking the material master to ensure the correctness of material type / valuation class/ profit center / standard price,

- Spotting out the irregularity of the transactions and request the user to correct it

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree or higher in accounting field

· Minimum 5 years working experience in costing and analysis functions

· Have experience in manufacturing with multinational company background

· Good analytical skill and able to work under pressure
