CP Financial Executive Trainee (CPFET) Program is one of the pioneering programs designed specifically for the exceptional motivated individuals interested in a career in finance and accounting, in order to develop and prepare these young potentials for key financial executive positions in the future.
CPFET program runs for 2 years, consisting of the followings:
4 weeks Orientation
2 rotations in 6 business units in Retail, International Trade and Plastic (one year for each rotation)
Overseas assignment (mutually agreed)

Qualifications
Below 30 years of age at the date of application
MBA, Master's degree in accounting or finance from recognized universities
Proficiency in English (minimum test scores of 6.5 for IELTS, or 575 paper-based, 90 internet-based and 232 computer-based for TOEFL, or 800 for TOEIC)
Analytical, adaptable and capable of working well with others with strong communication skills
