* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Product Development
* Experience 2 years in Food Industry of R&D functions
* Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FDA and ISO 9001
* Strong leadership skills
* Good problem solving, pro-active, and creative thinking
* Computer literacy
