Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing sales team for the assigned area (especially upcountry)
* Initiative and set up strategic selling plan, manage and control distribution channel
* Setting pricing strategy including analyze for selling policy and direction to comply with the company's KPI
* Provide a consultation and suggestion about new products to clients or related departments
Qualifications
* Thai nationality
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
* At least 5 years experience in FMCG or Food Industry
* Experience and familiar working with Traditional Trade Channel, wholesale or dealers channel (especially upcountry) etc., including competent in arranging promotional campaign is required
* Possesses sales achievement record
* Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Computer literate in MS Office
* Have your own car and driving license
