Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
The Finance Director will be responsible for all major financial decisions and transactions. To support the aggressive growth, the Finance Director must take a proactive role in redesigning company's finance functions and building internal finance capabilities. The position will report to the Managing Director and works closely with the company's management team. The position will be located in Bangkok.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from a leading university, a Master's Degree in Finance or similar discipline.
Minimum of 10-15 years experience in accounting and finance is required.
At least 5 years must have been spent in top management position.
Being familiar with SET rules and regulations, or having been previously employed in a company having to deal with SET rules and regulations.
Should be a hands-on professional, a good team player.
Strong leadership skill with accuracy and attention to details.
Strong commitment to initiative and high work standards.
Presence to deal with the financial community with demonstrated ability to create a winning, service-focused team mentality.
Strong strategic thinking skill are necessary and well as business competence, with a sufficient understanding of the multi cultural environments as well as functional competence
Good command of spoken and written English as well as computer proficiency
