Sales Manager - Freight Forwarder - Reccon Executive Search - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
To identify, develop and grow sustainable and profitable business (Import services in Air and Sea Freight) and to maximize the full potential of all relationship and Direct customers and maintain and develop the existing customer relationships to build loyalty and create the opportunity to fully understand and penetrate each customer potential.
To Implement new business and ensure new business is profitable
To work directly with import companies and manage the logistics of the whole Sales team. To collect and analyze competitor pricing data; determine individual tactics in order to ensure strong market penetration, account development and yield enhancement.
To ensure win, keep and develop Ad-hoc, Small, Medium and Large customers through building lasting relationships

Qualifications
Male or Female, age 35 - 40 years with Thai nationality.
Bachelor's or higher in related field.
3- 5 years experiences in Sales or Business Development in the Air and Sea Freight Industry espescaily import services
Good command of spoken and written in English and computer literacy.
Ability to multi-task, motivate and work in a fast moving environment.
Excellent customer interface experience, problem solving skills and analytical skills.
