Assistant HR Manager - Management and Executive Recruitment Consultants - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

A regional (Asia-Pacific) Business Unit of a leading Japanese manufacturer of passenger cars and commercial light trucks wishes to appoint an Assistant Human Resources Manager.

Reporting to Japanese General Manager, the Assistant Human Resources Manager is expected to:

Support immediate needs for hiring non-engineer positions via external search firm and web posting
Manage the volume recruitment target for engineer positions via directing hiring through campus recruitment program, job fair event, etc.
Manage annual employee's activities and communication program to facilitate internal or overseas transfers
Contribute to the management team to develop human resources structure and system
Provide expertise on HR operations and regulations within the region, job analysis, competency selection guides to the senior management team


Qualifications
Thai national, age over 35 years
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related field
Minimum 7 years experience in recruitment (engineers), compensation management, development and communication program
Thorough understanding of overseas transfer process including administrative protocol and cross-cultural awareness
Experience in an international company would be advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English; Japanese proficiency would be advantage.
