Level: Supervisor
Description of duties and major challenges:
System and Server Design
Implement, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft infrastructure products (MS Windows Server, AD, DNS, File server, Exchange, ISA, SQL server, etc.)
Manage system providers to provide maximum service
Design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot
Maintain service level and monitor all systems
Cooperate with other teams to achieve company's business goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
3-5 years experience in related responsibility
Experience in MS Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft SMS (SCCM)
Experience in subcontractors management and coordinating with providers
Problem-solving skill, open-minded, proactive, positive thinking and willing to work under tight schedule and pressure
Strong technical and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and willing to work as a team
Good command of English
