INDUSTRIAL SALES MANAGER - Prompt Business Solution - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Based in Bangkok Office
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director
Develop and sell our lubricant products for Automotive/ Industrial customer group.
Approaching new potential prospects for further development
Establish sales planning and goals
Maintain relationship and expand partnerships with customers

Qualifications

Thai, male/ female, age over 30.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields, MBA is a plus
Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, Lubricant experience in multinational company would be an advantage
Management experiences and have commercial Thinking
Able to provide technical solutions to customers and technical training to sales team.
Good command of English and PC
Own transportation and able to travel up-country
Promote and maintain good relations with both new and existing customers
Manage / coach salesmen to achieve sales team target monthly and quarterly.
Prepare status reports including activities, closing, follow-up business as well as payment collection.
