Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Ensuring the month end close, for the general ledgers to be do in complete timely and accurately, complete the balance sheet reconciliations & accounting report to be done availably to Finance Manager by 1st week of the month.
Responsible for performing duties related to fixed-asset, inter-company, bank and inventory accounting.
Maintaining and managing financial report to provide efficient decision support to Manager.
To liaise with internal and external Auditors who are in charge of Company's audits. Ensure that the filing of VAT and withholding tax and all related financial and taxation matters are in place.
Control of the banking cash account to ensure that payment is properly paid with Management's approval.
Cash Flow Projection report Preparing. And Managing Fund Transferring, other bank facilities
Managing customers, suppliers & credit control and account receivable aging over 60 days balance and monitor for Maple Thailand's operation.
Monitoring of suppliers' purchases to ensure purchases are done on a most competitive basis.
Other duties as required by management provided such duties are within your capability.
Qualifications
Male or Female, Age 30 up
Bachelor's degree in Accounting field
At least 3-5 years experiences, in General Accounting or related field.
Good analytical and strong numerical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
Team Player
Good communication in English both written & spoken
Computer literacy and ACCPAC knowledge will be an advantage
