Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Give advice and information to customers and solve their problems regarding products via phone conversions and Email communications.
Testing products and offering solutions to solve product problems of customers.
Create Help Desk tools such as product comparison sheets and product instructions.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Control the Customer Database Center
Study and propose preventative actions in order to ensure Customer Support performance is according to standard and quality targets.
Qualifications
Female, aged not over 25 year old
Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related subject
New graduates are also welcome to apply
Experience in Customer Service or Call Center is advantage
Good human relation and personality, service minded with strong interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
Good IT knowledge
Good command of English
