Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

REPORTS TO : Contract Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITTES / CHALLENCES:-

To assist in the development and measurement of KPI's for the site
To identify and develop operational improvement proposal for the site.
To support Contract Manager and General Manager when requieb basis to drive specific improvement projects at site.
To develop improved methodologies for analyzing client data, which can further improve the eddectiveness of operational processes.
To support implementations in project management, procedure development, and KPI development and generation.
To assist the Logistic Operations staff with other specific tasks as necessary, which help achieve the overall departmentl goals.
To collate information for regular site porting to Head office and others as required.
To work on reports (create,revise, change by daily basis as per customers requirement) and to support operation and drive operation running smoothly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or higher (Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field).
Male / Female, age 26-35 years.
At least 1-2 years experiences in logistics environment comprising both wardhousing and distribution activites wil be an advantage.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good command of English both in written and spoken (minimum 550 Toeic score)
PC Literate,MS Excel (advance) is a must. PowerPoint, Access Database & Macro a pre.
Ability to work independently, conscientiously and under pressure.
Have a curious mindset and willing to question illogical results and data
Knowledge of supply chain management is preferred.
