Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Design, engineering and preparing the bidding / tendering proposal
Estimate costing of the bidding proposal.
Cooperate with sub-contractor to carry out the installation work to meet with customer requirement.
Control and prepare the local purchase of product and/or material to efficient company budget and meet with customer requirement.
Manage the training program of the section's staff in order to upgrade their skills level and plan staffing needs of the section to meet market demand.
Observe the quality of work hand over to customer with highest satisfactory.
Focus on the implementation of the Service & Project management strategic plans.
Monitoring the performance and efficiency of the Service Teams.
Report the operations result and problems to Manager, and together set up the solution.
Select and recruit appropriate candidates filling the vacancy according to the Manpower Plan.
Qualifications
Male, 28-35 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in engineering design and project cost estimate.
Good planning, leadership and problem solving skills.
Good initiative idea, self working and teamwork working.
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Ability to use personal computer.
Attention to detail and Good relationship.
