Account Director - TopSpace

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

Manage, motivate and challenge account executive team to reach assign team sales target
Prepare strategic direction, selling plan and workable working culture for the team
Coach AE team to identify target accounts & customer needs - then providing strategic online and digital consulting, preparing strategic online and digital media solutions proposal with strong conceptual idea with detail of supporting and actionable plan that "make sense” to customer marketing problems
Approach and close potential prospects including advertising agencies for our services and online activities.
Other expectations include consolidate and prepare weekly team sales report, corrective execution plan to achieve sales target and managing collections.


Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
At least 2 years experience as a Account Director, preferably in handling key corporate clients or in online advertising solution industry.
Leadership skill with self achievement motivation and able to work under pressure.
Great team player, positive attitude and mind-set are the must
Strong presentation, interpersonal and having good command of both spoken and written English
Life-long learning and know how to apply both systematic thinking and creativity in all work and decision making
Remarks : We offer basic salary plus attractive commission
