Background:


Our client is a leading company in IT peripheral products from Japan with a successful record worldwide including Thailand. They urgently require a talented and dynamic person to cope with its rapid expansion and company's growth in the position of HR Officer.

Job Description:

Managing all HR and general administrative functions

Handling recruitment assignments that includes liaising with recruitment agencies and screening applications

Responsible for welfare, benefits, health insurance and annual health check for employees

Supporting staff in related issues.

Recruiting and interviewing junior staff

Preparing summary reports on new and resigned staff

Liaising with the Revenue and Social Security Departments

Arranging orientation for new staff

Qualifications

Male or female, age not over 30 years old

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Having experience of at least 2 years in Humans Resources Management

Pleasant and outgoing personality

Ability to handle pressure

Fair command of English
Able to operate a PC computer and use Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail
