Club General Manager - PRTR Recruitment and Outsourcing

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Expat MD and will also have frequent collaboration with the Expat National Sales Manager.
• Undergoing an intensive month's training at the Regional Training Centre in Malaysia and/or in Asian territories.
• Managing 30-60 staff at the club branch.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations in 4 areas; membership sales, customer service, fitness management and administration.
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Providing sales coaching and motivation to staff.
• Ensuring that the club's environment meets customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining an understanding of structured industrial internship training, education, placement and career development.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in sales and operations.
• Proven track record in driving business operations and profitability, and in people management.
• Preferred experience within Retail, Hyper Market, Hotel or Entertainment businesses.
• Able to withstand the pressures of working in a dynamic sales and service environment
• Male/female, aged between 27-35 years old.
• Must have a strong academic record.
• Good English communication skills.
• Customer service orientated.
• Have great interpersonal skills, a high degree of confidence along with a hands-on management style that is able to lead by example.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Thai nationality.
