Application Engineers - KSB Pumps Co - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Study the products, projects, scope of specification and services requirement from customers, correspond to the customers' incoming inquiries, select and propose the appropriate products of KSB, prepare the cost calculation sheet and submit the quotation, and technical documents
Manage and follow up the quotation status and report the results on high potential and high priority quotations to secure the order success
Give technical consultation to customers and advise Sales how KSB products should be matched to customers' requirement
Coordinate with the internal departments, the oversea plants and KSB worldwide to work in team with other parties
Work mostly in the office and sometime go to meet the customers with Sales Manager

Qualifications
Male or Female, age around 25-30 years old
Bachelor' s Degree in Engineering with a major in Mechanics, Energy or Electrical
Sound knowledge in industrial pumps or valves
At least 2 years of work experience in engineering procurement, sales engineer, project management or technical customer support/ service
Possess good systematic and analytical thinking, problem solving skill, communication skill, result-oriented behavior
Be a self-starter and learner
Have patient in detailed work clarification and enjoy dealing with customers with customer service mind
Good command of both spoken and written English is very necessary for contacting with oversea factories
Good skill in Microsoft Office Applications and AutoCAD
Able to work at the head office in Suwinthawong area (See the map in www.ksb.co.th)
