Buchelor's degree in related fields.
Enhance innovative publicity program that will increse awareness and positive perception of the hotel, its spa, culinary programs to the guest.
Maximize opportunities for all VIP guests though careful attention, targeted function and social events.
Maintain professional relarionship with media to supoort the hotel images.
Ensure that all hotel promotions are in keeping with all target VIP guests.
Assist with all guest needs or guest inquiries when the guest would like to do special events in the hotel.
Keep guest profile and act as a loason by introducing hotel top management to the profile guests and maintain good relationship that the guest may bring into the hotel.
