Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Perform solutions consulting and application software maintenance duties to provide agreed service levels for Business Computing systems clients in assigned service areas.
Coordinate the resolution of systems problems with IT service providers and escalates as necessary.
Provide consulting advice in IT system architecture, feasibility and design efforts for new system development and system upgrade/migration.
Work closely with the IT projects group to define IT solutions, and accountable for defining and communicating IT architecture and strategies for future system development with peers among the other IT service providers.
Accountable for standards and procedure development for software maintenance.
Responsible for defining IT capacity & performance management requirements and for effectively managing IT solution costs related to maintaining agreed service levels.
Be a focal point for all ongoing and annual capacity and performance management activities related to assigned solutions.
Provide input to the development of locally appropriate processes and procedures.
Manage vendor and outsourcing relationship and performance.
Regularly conduct Service Quality Meeting with clients to report on IT activities as well as keep up to date on how look back on the return of IT investment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Computing, Information Technology, Accounting Information System or related fields
At least 5 years experience in IT Solutions on IT system architecture, system design and development
Strong technical knowledge in JDE system with background in Crystal report, Microsoft Access, office and SQL, Web Application, and Browser IE
Excellent interpersonal skill and be able to communicate and coordinate with various IT functions and internal departments
Possesses analytical skills and be able to advise various IT functions, and clients
Require qualified and motivated professionals who have very good interpersonal skills, demonstrated spoken and written English & Thai proficiency, and strong computer skills.
