Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Research of new suppliers, evaluation of the suppliers.
Receiving and control of the Material/Purchasing requirement.
Preparation of the inquiries and request of proposals to the potential suppliers.
Analysis of the offers and comparison in terms of prices, quality offer, time of delivery, general conditions of supply.
Discussion and negotiation of the contracts and issue of orders and contracts.
Request of the order approved from the suppliers.
Follow and evaluation of the performances of the suppliers in terms of prices, delivery, conformity of the products with the orders, quality of the products.
The senior buyer will manage 2-3 employee and we'll report directly to the section manager.
Qualifications
Sex: Male Age: 27-40 years old
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineer
Knowledge of principles and procedures for purchasing processes: request of proposals, evaluation of suppliers, issue of orders and contracts.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
Knowledge on purchasing of electrical commercial item: electrical motor, transformer, switchboard, pump station, ventilator station, electrical hoist, cables, air compressor.
General electrical item for industrial buildings.
Knowledge of China market or Indian market highly appreciates.
Very Good in English communicate and computer skill
