Major Role and Responsibities :-
Set up systems and procedures to ensure that production conforms to the standards set by the buyer as well as to the standards of AQL 2.5 and meet the customer satisfaction all time.
Manage, lead, and coordinate all QA activities from raw material to finished products
Manage QA Analysts and ensures the QA team operates efficiently
Responsible for submission of the shipment samples at least 14days prior to export of Garments along with the Q/c report to the attention of the respect merchandiser in BKK.
Responsible for submission of fabric reports
Responsible to issue reports to the Cutting section the fabrics received and issue approval for cutting.
Responsible to check and issue approvals for printing and embroidery factories prior to commencement of the bulk orders.
Responsible to ensure that the daily sewing outputs are checked and cleared for finishing section.
Qualifications
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in quality system fields.
Good knowledge of various kinds of fabrics and Garments
Knowledge in ISO 9001 for Garment industry
Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Self motivated in getting things done and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Base at Bangkok Office at Ramkhamhaeng
