Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
The Operation Director will be responsible for all activities in the production process to ensure successful and on time production schedule. He/She will schedule the production plan , maximize resources and wastage. He/She will involve in monitoring , training , giving guidance to the production line. He/She will work closely with the new product to achieve the business objectives.
Qualifications
• Master degree in Industrial Faculty or related field
• Male / Female , age 35 up years old
• 5-10 years of experience in Garment Industry environment as a factory management member.
• Knowledge of high performance team system and team building and motivation skills
• Mature , good attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Proactive and be able to demonstrate a strong leadership
• Computer literacy
• Able to communicate in English
• Working at Chaengwattana
