Technical Specialist - Pre-Sales Support Engineer - D-Link International Pte - Bangkok

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Provide high quality of pre-sales and after-sales technical support and consultation to D-Link distributors / partners / customers in Thailand.
Prepare technical documentations in Thai language.
Conduct technical training & presentation for partners in Thailand.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Experiences:
At least 2-4 years of experience of in technical or pre-sales support is required.

Knowledge:
Knowledge of general networking products and various operating systems is required.
Good knowledge of high-level switches and firewall is preferred

Skills:
Analytical, patience, pro-active and IT enthusiastic are required.
Proactive with an integrated way of working and an active team player with high work commitment.
Ability to communicate in spoken and written English is required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering / Computer Science related courses is preferred.
