Level: Supervisor - Assistant manager
Job Description :
Responsible for development of new products, implementation plan
Co-ordinate with sales team, partners, internal departments to gather requirements develop appropriate & competitive products distribution channels
Work closely with Actuarial team to drive new product requests to support existing business partners and prospects
Market research & Data analysis for support new product initiatives
Carry out feasibility study, financial projection, cost-benefit analysis for the activity /projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's - Master's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills
Good interpersonal skills, pro-active manner, initiative skill, self-multi tasking skills.
Previous experience in Life/ Non-Life insurance is necessary.
Good command of English and computer literacy including MS Office and Windows applications, Statistical tools and computer programming
