Qualifications
Male / Female, Thai national, age minimum 30 years old
Preferably a degree holder in related fields
Minimum 7-10 years experience in an HSE responsible role, some of which in a super visory capacity
Manufacturing & offshore experience is highly desirable
Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards and advanced knowledge of all OSHE rules
Recognized Lead Auditor qualification
Strong presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill
Strong leadership, communication and organization skills and the ability to drive change management programs
Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness
Ability to plan and work well under stress and time pressure
Cross cultural awareness is highly essential
