Qualifications
At least 1-2 years of experience in related field
Pro-active and reliable, a good troubleshooter
Strong communication skills, able to quickly understand the customer's needs
Team player with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, coordination and organization skills
Excellent command of English, Japanese and/or Chinese (Mandarin)
