Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or other related field
At least 3 years' experience in management of HR function
Knowledge of employee relations, Manpower planning, new HR tools such as KPI, competency, Balance Scorecard, etc.
Good personality, coordination skill and service mind
Able to work hard & under pressure
Good command of English and computer literacy
