COLLECTION MANAGER - PRTR Recruitment and Outsourcing

Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for managing the Front End Team of 40+Collection Staff and 5-6 Supervisors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations which run by using auto dialer system.
• Handle a portfolio of 30 billion baht debt.
• Be responsible for performance on % collection effectiveness, 90 days delinquency for early buckets.
• Be responsible for planning collection strategy planning.
• Provide training to Supervisors.
• Maximize productivity.
• Develop collection work procedures.
• Maintain quality of work.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years experience in collection management.
• Degree qualified with people management experience.
• Familiar working with Auto Dialer System.
• Proven change and process-management skills
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Maturity and dependability is expected
• Possess the highest level of commitment/dedication as well as of integrity and ethics
• Have accountability for decisions, actions, and results and be results focused
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
• Demonstrate ability to perform at both the strategic and tactical levels in order to create a positive impact for the organization
