The position involves layout and format of help systems and documentation that have been translated into a variety of languages, graphics editing and working with a variety of translation memory tools. It involves a team-oriented approach, proficiency with DTP, UA, and graphics tools and an exceptional attention to details and ability to work under deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience with help authoring tools, specifically RoboHelp for Winhelp, Htmlhelp and Webhelp.
Ability to design, format, modify, compile, debug and QA help systems in a variety of languages.
Experience with Adobe FrameMaker and MS Word documentation creation, formatting, troubleshooting and PDF creation.
Experience with the major graphics editing tools, particularly Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator
Experience with WebWorks Publisher
Ability to design document to help projects from scratch
Create and edit wdts
Generate and QA the outputted help.
