General Scope of Work:
The position is responsible for installing all Guardfire's products on-site and is also responsible for their service parts such as systems' repair, scheduled maintenance and upgrade when assigned. The position will be working on projects, either individually or as part of a team comprising both the Company's staffs and sub contractor's employees.
Qualifications
Thai nationality only, Male/ Female.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
a minimum 1-2 years of Project Management knowledge, skills, experience in Petrochemical/ Chemical / Oil&Gas industry/companies/organizations.
Knowledge and experience in any kind of engineering management, problem solving, strong systematic and analytical thinking skills, strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions, working within an ISO 9000 quality environment, strong coaching, influential and negotiation skills and able to traval overseas when required, typically for review meetings with clients or training.
Good English communications and computer competencies.

PETROLEUM ENGINEER - Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Well test design and evaluation.
Planning and developing production scenarios for commercialization.
Resource and reserves assessment and booking.
Work closely with Earth Scientists, Drilling, and Business Planning in developing and executing the appraisal work program. Integration of engineering and geological data.
Provide technical input and support to the generation of strategic and business plans.
Provide support for developing Reserves/Resource submittals.
Participate in Operating and Technical Committee meetings with partners.
Assist in technical discussions with partners and DMF. Ensure partners and DMF technical requirements are met. Responsible for PE interface with DMF, including all required reporting responsibilities.
Mentor and training of national staff.
Demonstrates and consistently applies ChevronTexaco Way behaviors, with particular emphasis on HSE and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering
Significant experience in reservoir engineering
Strong engineering background, with a primary focus on reservoir management
Experience in implementing well testing and development programs
Strong reservoir engineering background: Primary focus on reservoir management and experience in implementing well testing and development programs
Strong all-round background in other aspects of Petroleum Engineering and related functions: well testing, completions, production engineering, and drilling
Require qualified and motivated professionals who have very good interpersonal skills, demonstrated spoken and written English & Thai proficiency, and strong computer skills.

Responsible for activities pertaining Government Relations to ensure a smooth operation of the company:
* Monitor and track Government's proposed draft and/or new legislation/regulations/announcements for possible impact and effect on SPRC and its operation
* Assure that the company is aware of Government legislation that affects its operations
* Regularly inform and advise management team on Government issue development
* Be the company focal point to coordinate with related Government bodies when facing issues
* Liaise/maintain good relationship with Government authorities related to company business
* Coordinate and be company focal point to provide information to Government authorities
* Pay regular visits/join activities/keep good relationship with Government authorities
Qualifications
* BA or MA in Public Relations, Arts or in any other related discipline.
* 5-8 years experiences in Government affairs, Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with different parties of all levels both internally and externally.

* Good understanding of Government cultures, attitudes and values
