Job Role & Responsibilities:
New line and equipment setup, RTL evaluation and Qualification.
Perform conversion kit design and modification for support new products launch.
Prepare ASM line, conversion kit , documents and related tools to ready for New products qualification.
To perform localization for machines, jig, fixture and related tools to meet company cost saving.
Initiate idea and perform for Automation Machine project to minimize direct HC, space and cost saving.
Think and create idea for productivity improvement, capacity improvement, quality improvement and related.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields
At least 2-3 years experience in Engineering related field
Good command in English
Experience in Mechanical design and drawing tooling, Program design for improve machine cycle time
Having skill of PLC, Pneumatic/Vision System experience is a plus
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Visual Basic, Visual C++
Good coordination skill, creative, flexible and initiative
