Portfolio Assistant Manager
The appointee will assist and support Ready Credit Business. Duties will include:
Job Scope:
Develop plan and manage appropriate strategies designed to enhance customer relationships through loyalty/Retention program
Understand customer behavior by segmentation and apply suitable marketing strategy to those segments through portfolio analysis and certain research
Develop marketing program that help promote RC UIP (Call for Cash) , usage of credit line to ensure revenue is delivered as plan
Manage to grow the RC UIP portfolio according to plan and target with good return on investment (R:E)
Monitor and keep track of competitor movement in order to provide and implement solution and marketing program to counter competitors to maintain market share.
Liase with all related units to ensure the target and marketing activities are delivered.
Liase with advertising agencies/printers/media/vendors/related internal units and regional office to effectively create and develop advertising campaign and communication materials to increase brand awareness, brand image and program effectiveness.
Ensure that all communication to Ready Credit customer is according to the marketing program and complied with rules and regulation.
Ensure that the procedure of all marketing program is smoothly operated and well documented.
Ensure that all new marketing program and product benefit is complied with Bank of Thailand regulation.
Manage and control budget and expense in the most efficient way and generate the highest return
Participate and contribute to task force assignment.
Work closely with Decision Management team, DWH and telesales team on leads generation and lead operation, lead usage and program tracking
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
Initiative, energetic & hard working
Good analytical skills and decision-making
Work well under pressure and time constraint
Strong leadership and good team player
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Computer literate.
Good command in Spoken and Written English.
Working experience in project management would be advantage

Coordinate, supervise, implement and expedite the engineering works for new facilities, utilities, machines and equipments
