Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the finance & accounting function and will be a member of the company's management team. He/she will report directly to the Country Manager with a dotted line reporting to the Regional Finance Manager. His/Her responsibilities include providing the best accounting service based on requirements from business units management, optimizing cash flow, minimizing treasury exposure, providing financial analysis and ensuring the appropriate corporate government and risk management practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance / Accounting. Master's Degree is preferable
Full Accountancy Qualification - CPA, ACCA or equivalent is a plus
5 years or above work experience in managing finance & accounting
