To be responsible for Shipping Center Building Management in terms of providing safety, security, housekeeping and scenery surroundings management to meet customers' high level of satisfaction to which brings the World-Class Standard of Hospitality.
Qualifications
Aged over 32,
Bachelor's Degree in related fields. Master's Degree is preferable.
7 years experience in the position, min. 5 years in management level
English proficiency, Chinese and other languages are an advantage.
Computer skills (MS Office is a must).
High interpersonal-negotiation skills and communication skills.
Strong leadership, good team player, trustworthiness, reliability and maturity.
Strong achievement driven and customer service orientation are a must.
Knowledge and understanding of ISO would be an advantage.
