Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Translates requirements defined by business analyst into logical, economical and practical system designs.
Analyzes and Designs system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources
Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
Assists in system testing and implementing to ensure adequacy in meeting requirement
Qualifications
At least 6 years experience in system analyst and design.
Consulting and Project management.
Knowledge in database access using Ms SQL Server, Oracle, or either.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis & Design with UML.
Background in Datawarehouse will be advantaged.
Business Background in Retail, Lending, Fund, Custodian, Registrar, Hire Purchase, Leasing, Factoring Industries, Trade Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Securities or either.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Java and web services skill and experience
Mainframe skill and experience (very nice to have)
